Terms of Use

The terms for using wallion.app, exploring our content and accessing our website services.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to wallion.app and its website content, download pages, recruitment information and newsletter services. Wallion operates the website. In these terms, “Wallion”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the website operator, and “you” refers to the person using it.
Please read these terms before using the website. If you do not agree with them, stop using the website. Questions and legal notices can be sent to legal@wallion.app.
These terms apply to the website. A Wallion application, a third-party service or a particular feature may have separate terms presented when you access it. Downloading a file does not authorize us to access your wallet, transfer assets or act on your behalf.
2. Using the website
You may browse the website and use its available functions for lawful purposes. When providing information or acting for another person or organization, you must have the authority to do so. A parent or guardian should supervise anyone who cannot agree to these terms under the law that applies to them.
Keep information you submit accurate and relevant. Do not impersonate another person, submit material you have no right to share, or include private keys, recovery phrases, passwords or confidential third-party information in any message or application.
You must not introduce malicious code, interfere with the website, overload its infrastructure, bypass access restrictions, collect personal information without authority or use the Wallion identity to mislead others. These restrictions do not limit rights that applicable law expressly protects.
3. Information and availability
Our product pages and guides explain features, concepts and possible uses. Examples, network listings and illustrations do not promise that every integration, platform or feature is available to every visitor. Refer to the relevant release information and the options actually available in the application.
We take reasonable care with website content, but information may become outdated or contain errors. We may correct content, change functionality or interrupt access for maintenance, security or legal reasons. Where reasonably practicable, we provide notice of a material interruption.
Educational content is general information. It is not personal investment, financial, tax or legal advice, an offer to trade an asset, or a promise of a return. Assess the circumstances and rules that apply to you before making a decision.
4. Downloads and third parties
Use the download links provided on wallion.app and check the stated platform requirements and release information. Application use is subject to the terms and privacy information supplied with that application. A download page does not guarantee compatibility with every device or operating-system version.
Links to standards bodies, documentation, networks and other services provide additional context. Those organizations control their own content, availability, terms and data practices. A reference or link does not by itself establish a partnership or an endorsement.
Digital assets and third-party protocols involve risks, including price changes, irreversible transactions, software failures and loss of access. You remain responsible for checking addresses, permissions, network details and third-party terms. Website content cannot guarantee an outcome or eliminate those risks.
6. Content and intellectual property
Wallion and the relevant rights holders retain rights in the website’s text, artwork, software, branding and other content. You may view the website and keep reasonable copies for your own information, subject to applicable law and any separate license supplied with the material.
Do not remove ownership notices, present our content as your own, imply our endorsement or use our branding in a way that causes confusion. Third-party and open-source material remains subject to its own notices and licenses. Nothing in these terms restricts a use that applicable law allows without permission.
7. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle website, recruitment and newsletter information. Our Cookie Policy explains browser storage and how to manage your choices. Agreeing to these terms does not constitute consent to optional analytics or marketing.
Contact us at legal@wallion.app for website and legal enquiries, or privacy@wallion.app for data-protection requests. Describe the issue and provide only the information needed to handle it. We will never need your recovery phrase or private keys to respond.
8. Responsibility and liability
We do not promise uninterrupted access, that every statement will remain current, or that third-party websites and downloads will always be available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude implied warranties that are not expressly given in these terms.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wallion is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost business opportunities or losses caused by third-party services outside our control. These limitations apply only where the law permits them and do not remove responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Your mandatory consumer rights remain in force.
9. Access and changes
Referral access lasts for the issued session, up to 30 days without automatic renewal. The issuing member may revoke a referral, which also revokes all sessions associated with it. A new browser or cleared cookies requires a valid referral again.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to respond to misuse, a security incident, a legal obligation or a material breach of these terms. A restriction should be proportionate to the reason for it. You may stop using the website at any time.
We may update these terms as the website, our services or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will receive an appropriate notice and, where required, your agreement before they apply. Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively remove rights arising under an earlier version.
10. Resolving concerns
If you have a concern, contact legal@wallion.app with enough detail for us to investigate. You may seek a resolution with us without giving up a right to contact a regulator or bring a claim.
These terms do not require arbitration or prevent you from using a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. Mandatory legal protections, including consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings in your country of residence where applicable, take precedence over an inconsistent provision.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not by itself waive a right to enforce it later.
