What this website stores and how you control optional analytics.
Referral access
After a valid referral link, an essential, host-only cookie named __Host-wallion_visitor holds a random session secret. It is sent over HTTPS, cannot be read by page scripts and expires after 30 days without automatic renewal. It keeps the first referral association and allows the server to check access. Revoking that referral or session removes access. Clearing cookies requires a valid referral again.
Your choice stays on this device
Local storage remembers your choice under wallion.cookie-preferences for 180 days. It stores accept or deny, the preference version and timestamps. A changed purpose requires a new choice; an earlier version does not enable this collection.
Download protection
When you request an available desktop download, we load Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated misuse. It processes network and browser signals for website security. This check is separate from optional analytics and is described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Optional analytics
“Accept all” permits first-party analytics for visits with referral access: browser and operating-system descriptions, device category, language, timezone, screen size, a fingerprint calculated from these signals and wallet-provider names announced to the page by browser extensions. These are browser-reported signals, not a verified inventory of installed applications. We use them to study device and wallet usage, including other wallet products.
“Deny all” keeps this optional collection off. Browsing and referral access remain available. We do not request wallet accounts, addresses, balances, signatures, recovery phrases or private keys. There are no advertising trackers or analytics requests to a third-party analytics service. Fingerprints do not grant access or restore cleared cookies.
Retention and changes
Technical visit observations are retained for 90 days. Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawal stops future optional collection. If browser storage is blocked, the notice explains that the choice could not be saved.
More information
The Privacy Policy describes referral attribution, request information, access to records and your rights. Career application fields are not stored in cookies or local storage.
