Highlight material gaps in the wallet experience, ecosystem strategy and execution plan.
Develop a focused partnership and hiring plan with introductions where there is a clear fit.

THE WORK

Where you make a difference

Provide candid product review and practical advice at important decision points.
Help the team evaluate ecosystem opportunities, integration choices and distribution paths.
Advise on key hiring profiles and participate in selected candidate conversations.
Make relevant introductions with context and follow-through when both sides see value.

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience that matters.

Experience launching or scaling a wallet, DeFi product or comparable financial product.
A record of making consequential product or ecosystem decisions.
The ability to challenge assumptions with specific evidence and actionable alternatives.
Availability for an initial 8–12 hours per month and disclosure of relevant conflicts of interest.
