YOUR FIRST CHAPTER

What progress looks like

Define service health indicators and actionable alerts for critical dependencies.
Establish repeatable deployments with a tested rollback path.
Exercise recovery procedures and document how the team handles an incident.

THE WORK

What you’ll own

Operate supporting services, chain data dependencies and deployment infrastructure.
Build secure CI/CD, infrastructure configuration and secrets-management workflows.
Monitor reliability, latency and cost; distinguish network failures from application failures.
Own incident readiness, backups where applicable and evidence-based capacity planning.

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience that matters.

Experience operating production cloud infrastructure with meaningful availability requirements.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code, containers, networking and observability.
Experience investigating incidents and improving the systems that caused them.
A security-minded approach to access, deployment credentials and recovery.
