What progress looks like

Create a clear guide to setup, transfers, permissions and recovery responsibilities.
Establish community moderation and escalation practices for scams and sensitive questions.
Turn recurring user confusion into a prioritized feedback loop for Product and Design.

THE WORK

What you’ll own

Write practical education about self-custody, transactions, staking, earning and agents.
Build and moderate community spaces with clear expectations and response boundaries.
Run useful sessions and collect structured feedback from users.
Work with the team to keep guides accurate as product behavior changes.

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience that matters.

Experience leading a community or education function for a technical or financial product.
Ability to explain crypto concepts in plain language without removing material risk.
Good judgment around scams, impersonation, private information and escalation.
Strong writing, moderation and feedback-synthesis skills across time zones.
